This transition is not imposed by the platform.\ It occurs naturally as a result of understanding, confidence, and personal results. When a participant: * understands how the system works * sees consistent outcomes * gains trust in the infrastructure they often begin to share their experience with others. This is not driven by obligation, but by clarity and confidence in what they are using. #### What Changes at This Stage The participant moves from passive involvement to active engagement. They may begin to: * communicate the system to others * explain its logic in simple terms * invite new participants * build connections within the ecosystem At this point, the person is no longer only a user — they become an active part of the system’s growth. #### What This Enables Increased involvement unlocks additional opportunities: * access to growth and development programs * expansion of influence within the ecosystem * development of communication and leadership skills * the ability to build and scale a team Growth within Illuminance is directly connected to the level of engagement.
