# System Workflow (High-Level Flow)

The architecture of Illuminance is built as a set of interconnected layers:

* market data sources
* the computational network (Illuminance Grid)
* computing nodes (Quantum Node)
* the AI layer (decision-making)
* the trading layer (execution)

Each component performs its own function, but only together do they form a complete and operational system.

The system operates as a continuous flow:

* the market generates data
* data enters the system
* the Grid distributes tasks
* Quantum Nodes process the data
* AI analyzes and makes decisions
* the system executes trades
* results are generated

This process runs continuously, without interruption.

Unlike traditional systems built around a central point, such as a single server or a limited logic layer, Illuminance uses a distributed architecture.

Traditional models often face limitations such as:

* overload
* speed constraints
* single points of failure
* difficulty in scaling

In contrast, the Illuminance system:

* does not depend on a single center
* distributes workload across multiple components
* scales by adding computational resources
* maintains stability as volume increases

To understand how this system functions in detail, it is necessary to examine its core components individually, including the AI layer, the Grid, and Quantum Node, and the role each of them plays within the overall architecture.
